Man jumps into Netravati river, rescued by locals

Mangaluru: A middle-aged man who attempted to end his life by jumping off the Netravati bridge here was saved by locals on Wednesday, October 16.
As per reports, the man jumped into the river all of a sudden. Locals who noticed this incident saved him from drowning with the help of local fishermen.
The man has been admitted into a private hospital.
A case has been registered with Kankanady police.
