Kasargod: In a gruesome act a 60-year-old killed his wife and assaulted his daughter on Monday, December 2 at Ambalathara.
The deceased is identified as Kalyani and the accused is her husband Gopalakrishnan.
As per the sources, Gopalakrishnan killed his wife Kalyani by causing injury to her head and later brutally attacked his daughter Sharanya. Following the incident, Ambalathara police arrested Gopalakrishnan with the help of local people
Sharanya, who has sustained serious injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Mangaluru.
