Man on the run for two years arrested

Bantwal: A man wanted in multiple cases of robbery, thefts, honey trap and cheating has been arrested by the police on Tuesday, March 17.
The arrested, Mohammed Hanif (46), has been absconding since two years and has cases registered against him in police stations of Vittal, Gadag, Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru, Moodigere, Bengaluru, Subrahmanyapuram and Bantwal.
As he did not appear for police enquiries, the court had issued an arrest warrant against him.
The arrest operation was conducted by Vittal police station personnel.
