Mangaluru: 404 new COVID-19 cases and 3 deaths in DK on Sep 13

Mangaluru: 404 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the Dakshina Kannada district on September 13 along with 174 discharges of recovered people and 3 deaths.

Majority of the cases – 212 – were from the Mangaluru taluk followed by Bantwala 60, Puttur 46, Sullia 27 and Belthangady 39.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the district now stands at 17,363 out of which 3,934 are active and 442 dead.

Of the 3 deaths reported in the day, 1 was from Bantwal and 2 from outside the district.
