Mangaluru: Advocate arrested for assaulting Journalist

Mangaluru: The Urva police have arrested a person for assaulting a news correspondent of a private Kannada channel.
The arrested is Yadhunandha, an advocate and the injured is Sukpal. The incident took place on Monday, November 22.
Reportedly, Yadhunandha attacked Sukpal using an iron rod injuring his head.
The police suspect personal enmity behind his act.
A case has been registered against Yadhunandha under IPC section 307 at the Urva police station.
It is gathered that Yadhunandha has filed a counter-complaint against the reporter.
