As per the reports a notice regarding a traffic rules violation of a two-wheeler that took place on November 29 at Mangaladevi, was issued to a car owner on December 22. In the offence section, it is written as ‘car’, and in the type of offence section it says, ‘pillion rider without a helmet’. In the picture section, the image is of a two-wheeler with a pillion rider without wearing a helmet. A few meters away a car can also be seen.
