Mangaluru: Case registered against person for derogatory post on Twitter

Mangaluru: In relation to derogatory posts on Daivaradhane, Tuluvas, and Tulu artists on Twitter, a case has been registered against accused Shivaraj at the CEN Police Station, reportedly.

As per the reports of TOI, the case was filed by the Tulunadu Daivaradhane Samrakshana Yuva Vedike, based on which the police have acted against accused Shivaraj.

However, the police said that the verification process of whether the Twitter account is genuine, or fake is on.

Earlier, the Tulunadu Daivaradhane Samrakshana Yuva Vedike had brought the issue to the notice of Mangaluru South legislator D Vedavyas Kamath.
