Mangaluru: A college student allegedly took his own life at Bagambila in Ullal here on Thursday, June 16.
Hardeep (20), a BBA 2nd year student at a college in the city, was found hanging at a house in Bagambila, police said.
He was rushed to a private hospital, but the doctors declared him brought dead. Though the exact reason for the extreme step is not clear, police suspect the financial troubles of the family may have played a part.
A case has been registered at the Ullal Police station.
