Mangaluru: Four serial speed breakers on one side of the road near Padua in the city are reported to be a threat to motorists.
It is being said that the speed breakers are higher than the norm and are on a turn making it dangerous for vehicles that fail to adequately slow down before turning.
The speed breakers were built as there is an educational institution near it.
