Mangaluru Dasara: Navaratri begins at Kudroli Gokarnanatheshwara Temple

Mangaluru: Navaratri festival celebrations at Kudroli Gokarnanatheshwara Temple were inaugurated by Mahabaleshwara M S, managing director of Karnataka Bank, on Wednesday, October 10th.
Tiger dance and bands accompanied the idol of Sharada which was carried in a procession at the temple premises before being installed at the Shree Gokarnanatheshwara Kalyana Mantapa. A special puja and community feast will be held every day. There will also be cultural programmes everyday from 6 pm in the evening by various artists.
On October 19 at 4 pm, the grand immersion procession will begin from the temple premises.
Mangaluru Dasara
Karnataka chief minister H D Kumaraswamy will be inaugurating the Mangaluru Dasara on October 14 and Gokarnanatheshwara health card will also be distributed on the occasion.
