Mangaluru: Dead body of missing man from Harekal found; suicide suspected

Ullal: The dead body of a man from Harekal, who was missing from a week, was found in a decomposing condition near Jeppupatla on Wednesday, July 8.

The man, Kishore Adayantaya (36), lives near Harekal’s Kolke School.

Kishore lived with his father. It is been alleged that he committed suicide after by jumping into the Netravati river.

He was suspected to have jumped into the river on the day he went missing after his umbrella was found on the Netravati bridge.

Two days after his disappearance a complaint was lodged at Konaje police station.

Ironically, Kishore’s umbrella was found on the same day when MLA Vedavyasa Kamath inaugurated the barricading work on the bridge.
