Mangaluru: Dr Rajendra KV replaces Sindhu as Dakshina Kannada DC

Mangaluru: Dr Rajendra KV has been appointed a the new Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada district on Tuesday by the Karnataka Government with immediate effect.

Rajendra KV, who was serving as Belagavi Zilla panchayat chief executive officer will be replacing Sindhu B Roopesh.

Sindhu has been transferred director of Electronic delivery of Citizen service, Bengaluru.

Sindhu, a BE graduate from Mysuru and a 2011 batch IAS had assumed the post of Deputy Commissioner in September 2019 after Sasikanth Senthil’s resigned from the post.

Rajendra K V, a doctor hailing from a village near Thirthahalli, had secured 32nd rank in the UPSC exams in the year 2013.
