Mangaluru: Illegal liquor manufacturing busted

Mangaluru: Officials of the Excise Department on April 17 busted an illicit liquor making unit near the banks of Netravati river at Inoli village.
More than 400 litres of raw materials used in the making of liquor was destroyed by the officials.
The raid was conducted under Joint Commissioner of the department, Shailaja Kote.
Superintendent of Mangaluru Excise Division Vinod Kumar and Deputy Superintendent of Mangaluru Division Shivaprasad along with other officials from the Excise Department also participated in the operation.
