Mangaluru: Kudroli woman suicide case; Deceased was kidnapped from Assam

Mangaluru: In a shocking revelation, a woman who died of suicide in Kudroli on Friday, January 21 was said to be kidnapped from Assam six months ago.
The deceased identified as Sufiya Begum (17) was found dead at her residence on Friday and her husband Swahidul Aslam Lashkar (30), a painter by profession had filed a police complaint.
It is said that the couple had fought on Friday morning after which she was found hanging by a shawl from a window grill.
A case has been registered and further investigations are underway.
