Mangaluru: Yogesh Bhat, a resident of the city, has made a pedal pressure run hand sanitizer dispenser.
Yogesh built the dispenser after researching about it on the internet and using old, unused pipes in his company.
Usually, at offices a person has to be dispensing the sanitizer to avoid people from touching it. Yogesh’s dispenser uses pressure applied from the foot to dispense sanitizer without any hand contact.
About 50 of these sanitizers will be made by Sevanjali Trust which will be distributed to district administration’s office, police superintendent’s and commissioner’s office and banks.
