Mangaluru: Man working in US cruise ship seeks government help to return

Mangaluru: Amid Covid-19 lockdown in USA , a cruise ship employee, Jayaprakash belonging to Kalladka in Bantwal Taluk wants to come to India.
Jayaprakash is working for Royal Caribbean Cruise ship at Miami in USA for the past 6 years.
Requesting the government for help he said, “It has been 32 days that we are spending time inside the ship at sea. Due to the Covid-19, we are not allowed to enter the port. We want to go back to India”.
It is said that many of his fellow workers are stuck inside the ship and they are currently requesting Indian government to airlift them from there.
