Mangaluru: Mangaladevi, Narayan Guru circles inaugurated

Mangaluru: The newly constructed Mangaladevi and Bhramashree Narayana Guru Circles were inaugurated on Monday, October 3.

District in-charge minister Sunil Kumar who inaugurated the‘Bhramashree Narayana Guru Circle said that the circle will remind people of Narayana Guru’s ideologies.

Speaking at the occassion, Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyasa Kamath said that the circle was constructed at a cost of Rs 50 lakhs and was completed in less than 2 months.

Later, Mangaladevi Circle was inaugurated. The MCC installed sculptures of lions at the Mangaldevi Circle  as per demand of the locals.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mangaluru North MLA Dr Bharath Y Shetty, Mayor Jayanand Anchan, Deputy Mayor Poornima, former mayor Premananda Shetty and others were present.
