Mangaluru: Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao participates in larvae survey

Mangaluru: As part of the Health Department’s campaign to “Destroy Aedes Mosquito Breeding Sites” every Friday, Health and Dakshina Kannada District In-charge Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao participated in the larvae survey conducted in Kodikal here, on Friday.

During his visit to several houses in Bapuji Nagar, Minister Gundu Rao informed the public about the dangers of dengue. He found mosquito larvae in water tubs, Sintex tanks, and small buckets in some houses, advising residents to take precautions while storing water.

MLC Ivan D’Souza, Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan, Zilla Panchayat CEO Dr. Anand K., and District Health Officer Dr. H.R. Thimmaiah were also present.
