The Vishwa Hindu Parishad has issued a call for a thorough investigation into a disturbing incident involving the covert recording of women in a medical college’s restroom.

Police on May 8 apprehended an individual who had placed a mobile phone in the women’s restroom of a private medical college in Mangalore, capturing private footage of unsuspecting women. The incident has sparked significant concern and condemnation.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders suspect outside involvement in the incident and are concerned about possible connections to organized groups. They referred to a similar event in Udupi, allegedly involving a Jihadi organization, urging a thorough investigation and strict punishment for the culprits.

District President HK Purushotham and District Secretary Ravi Asaigoli of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad are urging authorities to take this matter seriously and ensure justice for the victims. They emphasize the importance of protecting everyone in educational institutions.
