Mangaluru: Mobile phone shop burgled; items worth Rs 70 lakhs stolen

Mangaluru: A mobile phone shop at Balmata in the city here was burgled during the weekend curfew.
Mobile phones including iPhones were stolen from the shop.
The total cost of the robbed items has been estimated to be Rs 70 lakhs.
The incident came to light on July 5 when the shop’s staff came and noticed the theft.
They soon informed the police who arrived at the scene.
It was reported that the shop has been burgled in the past too.
