Mangaluru: NH169 to be renovated at Rs 7.99 crore

Mangaluru: Manitanence and renovation works on National Highway 169 will start soon. For the purpose Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has released Rs 7.99 crore, said MP Nalin Kumar Kateel.
The tender process for the renovation work of the Mangaluru-Solapur highway has already started, added Kateel.
National Highway 169, earlier numbered as National Highway 13, has many stretches of narrow road causing slight problems to traffic movement.
