Mangaluru: A complaint has been registered about the threats and abusive comments received by Roopesh Shetty of ‘Bigg Boss Kannada’ fame on social media platforms.
Mangaluru Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar said the case has been registered after family members of Shetty lodged a complaint.
“We have received a complaint that some online users had threatened and abused Roopesh due to his statements made in the Bigg Boss. Based on the complaint, a non-cognizable offense case has been registered at the CEN police station. An investigation is underway,” he said.
