Mangaluru: Shop selling vegetables meant for APMC sealed by MCC officials

Mangaluru: A shop in the building opposite to the Kudroli Abattoir, was sealed by the Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) official after they were caught selling vegetables that were meant to be sold at Agricultural Produce Marketing Corporation (APMC), Baikampady.
A team of MCC officials including Shivraj, assistant city planning officer, Bharath, senior sanitary inspector, Bhaskar sanitary inspector, Deepika, local sanitary inspector and personnel of Bunder police carried the operation after receiveing the news.
MCC officials, who arrived on the spot confiscated the vegetables and sealed the shop with the help of Bunder police.
