Mangaluru SVT premises disinfected amid COVID-19 outbreak

Mangaluru: To curb the transmission of novel COVID-19, spraying of disinfectant was done at Shree Venkataramana Temple, Car street on Wednesday, April 1.
The exercise at Venkataramana Temple temple was done in association with Sanvanjali Charitable trust and the disinfectants were sprayed in the guidance of the President trust, D Vedavyas Kamath.
The trust members prepared the disinfectants by mixing sodium hypochlorite, phenol and bleaching powder, informed sources.
Secretary of the trust Hanumantha Kamath, All India Temple Association President, Jagannath Kamath, Prashant Rao, members Naresh Shenoy, Varadaraj Shenoy, Santosh Bhandari, Naresh Prabhu, Chetan Kamath, Santosh Shenoy, Deepak Mallya, Narahari Bhatt, and others also lent a helping hand to spray disinfectants.
