Mangaluru: Thieves ransack shop in Jeppinamogaru; Rs 9,700 stolen

Thieves broke into a tiles and granite shop in Jeppinamogaru and made away with a cash of Rs 9,700.
The incident came to light when the shop, which had remained closed on August 2, was opened the next morning at 9 am.
The thieves used a weapon to gain access to two drawers, where the cash was stored, and made away with the stolen amount.
A case has been registered.
