Mangaluru: Thieves steal Laptop, iPhone from parked car near MUDA office

Mangaluru: Thieves broke a parked car windowpane and stole a laptop, iPhone, and cheque leaves of various banks near the MUDA (Mangalore Urban Development Authority) office at Urwa Store on Friday, August 7.

On Friday, Abhishek, who works as an executive in one of the companies in Mangalore parked his car in front of the MUDA office and went to a hotel for lunch, keeping the belongings in the vehicle.

The miscreants broke open the window panel, stole the belongings, and fled the spot. As he returned, he found that the bag, laptop, and iPhone kept in the car were stolen. The value of stolen goods is said to be Rs 1 lakh.

A case has been registered at Urwa Police station.
