Mangaluru: Trio divert scooterist’s attention; flee with bag containing Rs 16.2 lac

Mangaluru: In a shocking incident, Three men divert the scooterist’s attention and stole his bag containing Rs 16.2 lakh rupees at  Old Kent Road, Pandeshwar

It is said that Abdul Salaam, resident of Sooralpady  was travelling in his Honda Activa scooter on February 22 through the Old Kent Road when three strangers stopped him and told him that an envelope has fallen down

Salaam stopped his vehicle and while he went to check, thieves ran away with the plastic bag containing cash

Abdul Salaam registered a police complaint on March 4 and investigation is underway
