Mangaluru: Two arrested in Pro-terror graffiti case

Mangaluru: Police officials have arrested two persons Mohammad Shaarik and Maz Munir Ahmed in connection with graffiti written in support of terrorist organisations in Mangaluru

Speaking  to the media here on Saturday December 5, police commissioner Vikash Kumar Vikas said,  The accused are from Thirthahalli. Mohammed Shaarik (22) is running a cloth shop in Theerthahalli and has completed B.Com.  Maz Munir Ahammed (21) is pursuing B Tech from a private college in Mangaluru and has been working at a delivery company since three months in Mangaluru.

It is said that the accused had earlier written on the wall near Bundar police station but as nobody noticed the writings, they wrote on a wall near Kadri road

Police officials claim that their motive in committing the offence was to gain publicity. They were traced based on the CCTV footage and various other networks. They claimed that the accused will be soon produced to the court and further investigation will be conducted.
