Mangaluru: Two elderly women found dead in suspected suicide

Mangaluru: Two elderly women were found dead at their residence in the Kadri Kabla area on October 3. The deaths are claimed to be a case of suicide, however, an investigation is ongoing.
The deceased were identified to be Lata Bhandary (78) and her elder sister Sundari Shetty (80).
Husband of Lata, Jagannath Bhandary in his complaint told police that the deaths were noticed when he reached home from work at around 4.30 pm on Tuesday. As the doors were shut, he peeked into the room and found the women hanging.
The complaint claimed domestic issues to be the reason for the extreme step.
