Mangaluru: Two foreign nationals detained for overstaying on expired visas

Mangaluru: Two foreign nationals, residing illegally in India on expired visas, were detained in Mangaluru East Police Station limits, police said on Sunday.
The detainees were identified to be Ankitola from Nigeria and Salaam Critian from Ghana.
Following their detention, the individuals were presented before the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) in Bengaluru, police added.
Upon review, the FRRO directed the duo to a detention center located in Bengaluru.
