Mangaluru: Unidentified man found dead in a ditch, Police request help in tracing family

Mangaluru: An unidentified man was found dead in a ditch in the Bunder area on Thursday, police said in a press release.

Police requested the help of the public to trace the whereabouts of the family of the deceased man. There is no suspicion of foul play in the death, police said.

As per the police, the man appears to be around 40 years of age, 6 ft 1 inch tall, with curly black hair, and a dark complexion. The person was wearing a brown t-shirt and grey Bermuda shorts, the press release said.

The friend or family of the deceased are requested to contact Mangaluru South police station (Ph: 0824 – 2220518) or the police control room (Ph: 0824 – 2220400).
