Mangaluru: A wild boar created havoc at a car showroom here. The entire scene was captured on CCTV camera and the footage has gone viral on social media.

The boar broke into a car showroom located near the railway bridge at Padil in broad daylight. It chased and tried to gore a person present at the scene. He, miraculously, escaped unhurt.

The incident occurred at around 1 PM on Wednesday.

The wild boar crossed the highway and entered the premises through the main entrance. The showroom personnel ran helter-skelter to avoid being gored by the wild animal.

After this encounter, the wild boar escaped into the nearby bushes.
