Manjeshwar MLA holds 1-day hunger strike over compulsory test report to enter K’taka

Kasaragod: Manjeshwar MLA AKM Ashraf held a day-long hunger strike protesting the mandatory RT-PCR test report required by Karnataka to enter it from Kerala.
Ashraf said that the Karnataka government is violating the Centre’s guidelines allowing inter-State travel of vaccinated people.
He added that it is a shame that the government is discriminating against the people of Kerala and also spreading that Keralites are spreading COVID-19 in Karnataka’s border areas.
