Mentally-ill woman repeatedly raped by her own uncle

Bengaluru: a 20 year old mentally disabled lady was brutally raped by her own uncle for over eight months in Hosakote.

The accused has been identified as Ejaz Pasha, aged 45, a resident Nidaghatta in Hosakote. Pasha repeatedly raped his niece (sister’s daughter) who lived next door. He took advantage of her mental illness and raped his niece when her parents left to work.

The incident came to light when the victim started complaining about stomach pain and her parents took her to a hospital. The doctor revealed that she has been repeatedly raped and was eight months pregnant.

The Hosakote police have registered a case and arrested the accused Ejaz Pasha.
