Merck Foundation honour for MAHE

Manipal: Manipal Academy of Higher Education was honoured by Merck Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Merck Germany at their ‘Merck Africa Asia Luminary’ held in Ghana recently.

MAHE supports Merck Foundation in building fertility care in the African continent through KMC Manipal. The Luminary was chaired by the President of Ghana and attended by First Ladies and Ministers of Health, Gender and, Education of 20 African countries.

Dr Satish Adiga, Head of the fertility care project in KMC Manipal received the award on behalf of MAHE from the CEO of Merck Foundation, Dr Rasha Kelej at the function.
