MESCOM and Postal department renew bill payment contract

Mangaluru: The facility to pay MESCOM bill in Post Offices will be extended for another three years as both have renewed the contract for the said period.
The issue of many MESCOM customers not being able to pay their bill before the due date because of a technical problem has now been resolved and customers have started paying their electricity bill at the post offices.
Presently, more than 89,000 customers residing in Mangaluru, Puttur and Udupi post offices’ limits are already paying their electricity bills in those offices.
