MG Hector bookings to be officially opened on 4th June

As we all know, the MG Hector is all set to make its way to India soon in the month of June. The SUV was unveiled very recently on the 15th of this month. Now, the MG Motor has announced that bookings for the Hector SUV will be officially opened on June 4, 2019.
Buyers can book the Hector SUV online on MG Motor’s Indian website, www.mgmotor.co.in, from 12 PM on the announced date and at the 120 MG centres across 50 cities in India. The company also has plans to reach a count of 250 centres by this September. Initiating this, the MG Motor India’s New Delhi outlet is to be opened on June 4th, the same day on which the Hector bookings commences.
Hector will be available in both petrol and diesel engine versions. The petrol unit is a 1.5 litre turbo-charged motor that delivers 143PS power and a peak torque of 250Nm and will be available in both manual and automatic transmissions. The diesel version will feature a 2.0 litre engine delivering 170PS peak power and 350Nm of torque, with best-in-class fuel efficiency.
MG Hector is the first 48V Hybrid SUV of India to come with 19 exclusive features. It was unveiled as India’s first Internet car with 50+ connected features. Hector also holds a bag of goodies and segment-first features. At an expected price range of Rs.15 to 20 lakhs, the much-awaited and the soon to be launched MG Hector SUV will take on the likes of the Jeep Compass, Tata Harrier and Mahindra XUV500.
