Minister BC Patil visits Gavi matha’s COVID-19 hospital

Koppal: Agriculture Minister BC Patil visited the COVID-19 hospital started by the Shree Gavi matha here.
The hospital with 100 oxygenated beds is being run in collaboration with the district administration.
The initiative by the Gavi matha comes after a request made by the district in-charge minister recently.
Minister Patil reviewed the hospital during the visit where on Saturday about 31 patients are undergoing treatment for the virus.
Patil was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kishor who informed him of the arrangements made in the hospital.
Later, Patil also held discussions with the matha’s chief Shree Gavi Siddeshwara Swamiji.
