Kasaragod: Vellarikundu police have arrested the brother-in-law of a minor girl under the POCSO Act after she gave birth to a baby.
Hospital authorities alerted the police after the girl was found to be pregnant.
Based on the information, a POCSO case was registered against the brother-in-law, leading to his arrest.
