New Delhi: A 12-year-old girl, who was kidnapped from central Delhis Anand Parbat in February, was rescued from the Nepal border, the police said today.
The girl was kidnapped by a 23-year-old man when her parents were at work. She used to live with her parents in the transit camp for Kathputli Colony residents, they said.
We were able to trace down the accused through his mobile phone, the police said. The girl told the police that the accused had sexually abused her and later married her.
