Muzaffarnagar: The body of a missing three- year-old girl was found floating in Kali river at Sunna village here, an official said today.
The child went missing three days ago while returning from school, Additional SP Jagdish Sharma said, adding the girl’s parents later lodged a missing report. Her body was found floating in Kali river yesterday, the official said.
Preliminary investigations suggest the girl was strangulated to death and her body was dumped in the river, Sharma said.
