Bengaluru: Harish, son of JD(S) MLA G T Devegowda and three others have pleaded the High Court, challenging the FIR registered against them by the Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) regarding the Karnataka Housing Board land acquisition scam.

Harish has challenged the constitution of the ACB and made a move in the court. According to the petitioner, the ACB probe and subsequent registration of an FIR were an act of revenge by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is expected to contest against Devegowda in the Assembly elections from the Chamundeshwari constituency in Mysuru.

The matter is asked to be listed and heard before the division bench by Justice K N Phaneendra.
