A Gurpur native lodged a complaint alleging that his brand-new mobile phone had gone missing during transit on his way to Mangaluru from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The passenger, identified as Ismail, who works in Jeddah for the last 12 years, had boarded the IndiGo flight from Jeddah to Mumbai and then was to take a connecting flight to Mangaluru.

Upon reaching Mumbai airport, he noticed that his brand new Honor X6 mobile phone was missing. It is alleged that miscreants had tampered with his luggage and taken out the mobile phone from the bag before Ismail reached Mumbai airport.

He lodged a complained at the airport but the staff asked him to e-mail the complaint. Ismail, who is less educated was helpless. The flight staff later addressed his complaint.
