M’luru: Class 8 student sets new Noble Book of World Records for floating in water

Safin Mustafa, a Class 8 student of Prestige International School in Mangaluru entered the Noble Book of World Records by floating continuously on water for 2 hours, 30 minutes, and 13 seconds.

The remarkable achievement took place on Saturday in the school’s swimming pool. Officials from the Noble Book of World Records, Safin’s parents Abdul Latif and Safia Banu were present when he accomplished the feat.

Safin received training from coach Aromal.

Earlier in 2023, Snehith Singh from Andhra Pradesh had set a record by floating in water for 2 hours, 21 minutes, and 53 seconds. Safin Mustafa has now surpassed this record with his outstanding performance.
