Mangaluru: A sudden raid was conducted by a team of officials of the Bengaluru central vigilance office of KSRTC at the office of Mangaluru divisional controller of KSRTC on March 8th.

Apparently the operation was conducted under the direction of Lingaraju chief officer of KSRTC vigil and security department by Laxman and the officers of the Mysuru division. According to sources, the team has confiscated the files pertaining to Hassan section.

It is learnt that Yashwant Kumar who is the present divisional controller at Mangaluru  was transferred from Hassan, but no new recruitment has been done in his place at Hassan. Apparently, even though he has been transferred to Mangaluru, he is still handling files pertaining Hassan section. Thus a raid was conducted as a result of a complaint in this connection, inform sources.
