Mluru-Mumb Air India flight delayed due to technical snag

Mangaluru: An Air India flight got delayed at Mangaluru International Airport after a technical snag was detected.

Air India flight AIC680 which was to depart from Mangaluru to Mumbai was delayed after engineers detected a technical snag in the aircraft.

Out of 110 passengers, 72 were provided hotel accommodation, 13 cancelled their journey, and 14 who needed to travel because of various emergencies, were accommodated in alternative flights. The officials said that nine have deferred their travel.

Technicians are looking into the problem. Sources in the airport said that the flight is likely to depart on June 12.
