M’luru, Udupi: No new COVID-19 cases for 8th successive day

Mangaluru, Udupi: The twin districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi have reported no new COVID-19 cases since April 5.
In Mangaluru, one more COVID-19 positive patient was discharged on April 13. This brings the total number of positive cases in the district to 4 from the initial 12.
26 test reports were received, all negative, and 18 samples were sent for testing on April 13.
In Udupi, 53 samples were collected and sent for testing and 41 test reports were received, all negative.
Only 2 positive cases remain in the district after one was discharged on April 1
