M’luru: Woman accidentally falls into well, rescued

Mangaluru: Kadri fire station personnel rescued a 58-year-old woman who accidentally fell into the well at her residence here on Thursday evening.
The mishap took place when the woman was drawing water for drinking use.
Fire force personnel said that there was more than eight feet of water in the well and the woman was holding onto the rope of the pump to save herself from drowning.
Kadri Fire Station Assistant Officer Rajeev, Chief Fire Officer Chandrahas Salian, alongwith other personnel conducted the rescue operation.
