Madikeri: The model houses created for the homeless victims of the last year’s natural disaster that occurred in the district has become a hub for thieves and punters.
The model houses for the victims of the natural disaster were build last year beside the regional transport office near Madikeri.
Presently, the doors, windows, bulbs, switches, water pipes and many other parts of the model house have already been stolen by robbers.
As the evening creeps in, the model houses become the hub for punters, smokers, drunkards, ganja users and peddlers as well as for all other unsavory activities.
