Modi-BSY meet on sidelines of BJP’s two-day national executive meeting

Bengaluru: Former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on Tuesday reportedly met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of BJP’s two-day national executive meeting being held in New Delhi.
As per reports, Modi held a separate discussion with BS Yediyurappa who is among the attendees at the national executive meeting. It is gathered BJP’s veteran leader invited the PM for events, including the inauguration of Shivamogga Airport.
The discussions between the two has gained prominence in view of the upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and party state President Nalin Kumar Kateel submitted a detailed report about the state scenario during the meeting. Issues like the political situation, election campaign, etc. were discussed.
